We aim to send orders out no more than 1 working day after payment has cleared, or let you know if there will be a delay and give you the opportunity to amend your order.
In the U.K. you should get your toys one or two days after that, in the European Union it usually takes about 4 to 10 days. Goods to the U.S.A. should take no more than 14 days, (and usually a lot less) but please note, Royal Mail do not consider that International parcels are 'lost' until 25 working days have elapsed. Smaller orders are not trackable.
All goods are sent via Royal Mail. UK orders go as "First Class Small Packet" or "Parcel" rate , overseas orders as "Airmail Small Packet" or "Airmail Parcel" rate.
Please check the confirmation email you receive after placing your order, ( if you cannot see this email, check your spam filter), and contact us straightaway if you have any queries.
Delivery dates rely on local factors, so it is impossible to be more specific, therefore please note we cannot promise exact delivery dates. If you require toys for a specific date, such as a birthday, please allow sufficient time.
If you feel the need to cancel an order, please e-mail us after you have received your confirmation e-mail, and we will arrange a refund.
Please do not do this for frivolous reasons, we can incur banking fees, and may levy a charge for admin if we feel you have caused us unnecessary expense. If you need to return an item, email for instructions. We will refund all costs if the item is faulty or mis-described, but may charge an admin fee if you have simply changed your mind.
